   The medium voltage special inverter of series of BD570  uses "dual-core" hardware system, and vector control and V/F control of speed senseless being optimized. The functions are more    optimized,  and the applications are more flexible, furthermore, the performance is more stable. The explosion proof type inner core of the inverter can be custom-made according to demands of customers. It can   be widely applied in industries such as coal mine, oil field, metallurgy and petrifaction.

· Complete voltage classes: 600V class, 1140V class, and 2300V class.

· Complete power: 660V:18.5kW~1000kW;1140V:37kW~1200kW

· The multi-level inverters topology is used. The pulsation of output voltage is small, and the common-mode voltage is low, which has little harm to the motor.

· Two structures: conventional design and anti-explosion design (our company only provides inner core of anti-explosion inverter, but does not produce explosion-proof enclosure ).

· Wind-cooling and water-cooling design.

· Speed senseless vector control (SVC), V/F control

· Pull-in torque: non-PG vector control: 0.5Hz/150%(SVC)

· Optical driver design. Good isolation performance. Fast speed. The maximum delay of driver: 130ns

· Independent driving power : steady and reliable.

·Good accuracy of speed control, and fast response speed of torque.

· It's equipped with control function of hopping frequency, and could avoid mechanical resonance to make system more stable and reliable.

· It's equipped with function of non-stop in cases of instant power down, and inspection function of torque rich.

·  It's equipped with tracking function of revolving speed that could realize shock-free smooth start to the rotating motor.

·   All the input and output terminals are free to be compiled. Many work patterns can be combined by users according to demands.
